Our Model

Are you a Young Caregiver?

More Than Just Helping Out?

Do you spend a significant amount of time helping a family member with their medicine, meals, or getting around? Do you translate for them at doctor’s appointments? This is caregiving. You are not alone.

Our 3 Tiers of Support

Do you spend a significant amount of time helping a family member with their medicine, meals, or getting around? Do you translate for them at doctor’s appointments? This is caregiving. You are not alone.

Tier 1

Awareness &
Universal Resources

This is the foundation of our support. We partner with schools to run awareness campaigns that help identify and validate the experiences of hidden youth caregivers. All students gain access to our universal support tools, including a comprehensive online Resource Hub filled with articles, guides, and videos, and a location-aware directory to find local services. This tier is for everyone.

Tier 2

Skills-Building
& Tele-Coaching

For youth with moderate needs, we offer confidential skills-building tele-coaching. Delivered by trained, non-specialist
coaches, this program provides practical tools for managing stress, building resilience, and navigating challenges. The curriculum is adapted from proven protocols like REACH and the WHO-UNICEF EASE/HAT models, focusing on skills you can use in your daily life

Tier 3

Intensive In-School
& Family Support

For students who require more comprehensive assistance, we facilitate intensive, in-school support. This includes coordinating with existing school services such as counselors, providing family support navigation, and ensuring academic coordination with teachers and administrators to create a robust safety net.
